Sulfur is a by product which is produced from marketable oil and gas .

The volume of sulfur recovered from gas and petroleum refining process in Iran is about 1.8 million tons per year that a large amount of the product is exported to the global consumption market .

According to public relation of N.I.G.C news , as the trend of energy demand is increasing in the world and consequently the recovery of sulfur from fossil fuels is essential , the supply and demand system faced imbalance . So some surplus of sulfur remains useless , and it is not only troublesome but also it will have destructive environmental effect . In this direction in order to recognize the long term research goals , sulfur information service will be a great source during the coming years . The purpose of preparing the site is as follow :
