National Iranian Gas Company ( NIGC) has become a member of the International Association of oil and Gas product ( OGP ) , an NIGC  Official said , 

The membership of NICG in OGP goes in line with Iran's aim to boost its scientific and researching cooperation with international centers as well as to use recent achievements in various fields including legal and standard issues, Saeed Pakseresht added .

The International Association of oil & gas producers ( OGP ) established in 1974 to develop effective communication between upstream industry and an increasingly complex network of international regulators originally called the E&P forum , in 1999 the name international association of oil & gas producers ( OGP) was adopted .

London is the center of international association of oil & gas producers (OGP) administration .

The international association of oil & gas producers ( OGP ) encompasses most of the world's leading publicly – traded , private and state – owned oil & gas companies , industry associations and major upstream service companies .

Discharge of role as the delegates of all oil & gas producers companies around the world in order to promote the responsibility and profitability in projects implementation .

Misson :

- Supply the benefit of oil and gas producer companies against

     international legislator organizations .

- Communicate with all international associations and establishment of plenum in order to use their experiences , arrange a meeting for improving the cooperation and effective participation .

Goals :

- Introducing oil and gas industry by publishing of reliable information resource .

- Compilation and dispersal of the best way of designing and implementing the HSE projects .
