Participants of international gas potentials survey of Caspian sea countries meeting underline the importance of Iran in supplying gas of Europe .

Torbati , Manager of Dispatching , with hint at the amount of Iranian gas reserves , potentials , gas transmission pipelines and specific situation of Iran said that gas transmission project from Caspian sea countries to Europe without Iran's participation is not commercial at all.

He noted that in the most optimistic situation , Caspian sea countries would be able to supply 50% of 31 billion cubic meters of Nobaco,s gas pipeline .

Torbati noted about the existence of several rute of transmission and markets for Iranian gas in Europe , Persian gulf , Pakistan , India and said that according to our planning , Iran by jumping in gas production and transition would become a third countries of exporting gas in the world , and 10% of the world gas trade would belong to Iran.

In this meeting , shan Vilse , one of the managers of Terapian gas company by emphasizing on Iran,s potentials and noticeable facilities in production and transmission of gas said that , European countries are interested in Iran's partnership on projects of gas transmission from Caspian sea countries specially Nobaco .

Wilson crook one of the managers of European gas companies noted that Iran is one of the most stable supplier for European gas requirements and we seek to encourage Iran to participate in the projects .

In two day meeting on gas in Baku , that 130 participants of 38 gas companies out of 25 countries were attended , potentials and gas substructure of Caspian sea countries and the most feasible rates of gas transmission to Europe would be considers .
