Iran continues gas exports to Iraq despite strong earthquake

The spokesman for the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) said despite the 7.3-magnitude earthquake that hit the border region between Iran and Iraq, Iran continues exporting gas to the neighboring country.
According to the report of the public relations of the NIGC, Majid Boujarzadeh added  despite the temblor that struck western Iran late Sunday, NIGC’s facilities in the region have remained intact and safe.
He said that, therefore, gas exports to Iraq are continuing at a rate of 14 million cubic meters per day.
